Well I have been on the diet and I personally know countless numbers of people who have also completed it. I’m also a medical researcher and I’ve done my homework. I have nothing for you to buy on this site and I’m writing this to help you learn the truth about the HCG diet so you can make an informed decision of your own. So, are there any HCG diet dangers or side effects that you should be aware of? Well, that depends on how you do the diet. For example, you can use the old injection method which requires you to take an HCG shot every day. This is effective and numerous people have done it successfully. But I must warn you, injections can be dangerous.
